Membership Verification
Enter the membership number exactly as shown on the member's OPSWA record or membership card. Holders of this membership (with the exception of the Allied membership) are considered fully compliant with the Fixing Long-Term Care Act, 2021 (Reg. 246/22, Sec. 52(3)e(i). Each member’s professional status qualifies them to carry a minimum individual $2,000,000 professional liability insurance policy.
