If you assist with Personal Support Worker (PSW) duties or provide patient care services without formal PSW training, this individual membership is designed for you.

This membership includes Family-Managed Home Care (FMHC) Professional Liability Insurance that applies to individual caregivers only. It does not extend to companies, agencies, or multiple employees, and is non-transferable and non-cancellable once activated.

Coverage includes the amounts required by Ontario Health at Home, as follows:

• $2,000,000 Errors & Omissions Coverage

• $2,000,000 Commercial General Liability Coverage

• $50,000 Abuse Coverage
