By completing the registration and payment process, members acknowledge and agree to the full membership term, which includes all associated benefits such as insurance coverage, police check, and identification badge.
OPSWA pays in full for all membership components at the time of activation. As such, memberships cannot be cancelled, paused, or refunded, regardless of changes in employment, financial status, or personal circumstances.
The installment payment option is provided solely as a convenience for members who may not be able to pay the full annual fee upfront. It does not constitute a “pay-as-you-go” plan or a month-to-month membership. Members who select the installment option remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments for the full membership term.
Failure to complete payments as agreed will result in the suspension of membership benefits and may lead to collection proceedings. OPSWA reserves the right to refer outstanding accounts to a third-party collection agency. Please note that this may affect your credit rating and your ability to renew membership or access future services.
