OPSWA Membership Cancellation Policy

Personal Support Worker Membership is non-refundable. 

Monthly Membership Cancellation

If you require OPSWA to cancel your membership, you must:

  1. pay out the remainder of your membership within 10 business days
  2. send your OPSWA ID Badge to head office within 10 business days
  3. email us at info@opswa.com with the subject: Cancelling my OPSWA Membership
  4. debts owing in excess of $100.00 will be reported to Equifax Credit Bureau  

OPSWA reserves the right to legally act for unpaid dues. If you have any questions concerning our cancellation policy, please get in touch with OPSWA at info@opswa.com. OPSWA will also cancel your insurance policy, which will be cancelled upon your membership cancellation.

Annual Membership Cancellation

Cancellation of membership within 2 business days of purchase (excluding holidays):

  1. all cancellations are subject to a $50.00 processing fee
  2. send your OPSWA ID Badge to head office within 10 business days
  3. email us at info@opswa.com with the subject: Cancelling my OPSWA Membership
