Eligibility Requirements:

Must be a PSW graduated with 600 hrs from an accredited PSW program in Ontario which meets the PSW requirements from the:
- Ministry of Colleges and Universities
- CESBA
- National Association of Career Colleges.
- Colleges not associated with the NACC or CCO but are partnered with the Ontario PSW Association, who’s curriculum is approved by the MCU.
- Graduates of Health Care Aide program prior to 1998 and have maintained employment as a PSW since that time.
- Graduates of the following programs:
  - Developmental Service Worker (42201)
  - Community Service Worker (42201)
  - Health Care Aide Certificate
  - Continuing Care Aide Certificate
  - Personal Care Assistant
- Successful passage of an annual Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check
