Do I need to be an OPSWA member to attend?

No, being an OPSWA member is not required. The event is open to any PSWs, healthcare workers, and friends & family. We recommend any attendees are 16 years of age or older.

Where can I stay during the event?

Rooms are available from $134.00 at the Cambridge Hotel & Conference Center. To book, call the hotel at 519-622-1505 and mention you are booking a room under the Ontario PSW Association. Discounted rooms are subject to availability.

What time should I arrive?

We recommend you arrive at 5pm for entry. The vendor market will start promptly at 5pm.

For individual ticket holders:

Seats will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

For event sponsors:

Tables with 8 seats will be preassigned.

What should I wear?

The dress code for the event is 90s themed PSWs and healthcare. Prizes will be drawn for the best dressed group and individuals.

Is parking available?

Yes, parking is free at the venue.

Will there be food and drinks?

Yes, there will be food trays available during the evening. Beverages will be available at the bar. Pizza slices will be for sale (cash only).

Is the event space accessible?

The venue is fully accessible. If you require any special accommodations, please get in touch with us in advance at info@opswa.com.

Can I bring guests?

Yes, you are welcome to bring guests. Please ensure you purchase tickets in advance.

Are tickets refundable?

In order to cover the venue rental, and event staff costs, all tickets are non-refundable.
