Becca Stolp Romanowicz serves as the Assistant Director of Social Media & Engagement at the Ontario Personal Support Workers Association (OPSWA), where she supports the development and execution of digital communications and member engagement strategies. Having grown up surrounded by Personal Support Workers, Becca has a strong understanding of the profession and the realities of frontline care. She is passionate about advocacy, storytelling, and building meaningful connections within the PSW community. Through her work, she helps amplify the voices of PSWs, promote OPSWA initiatives, and ensure members feel informed, supported, and recognized across Ontario. Currently in her senior year of high school, Becca will be starting the Personal Support Worker (PSW) program at Fanshawe College next year, with plans to continue her education and pursue a career in paramedicine.
