The health system has been broken since 1991, maybe even longer …government has been putting a band aid solution to all the problems…and the bandage is getting old and worn out …plain and simple …the whole system needs to be restructured ..period !!

PSWs need wages that will enable them to be proud of their health care role and support their everyday living costs. In turn, health care won’t be short of front line PSWs. Wages should be $28.00 hourly.
